Pool Cleaner

About the role

The Pool Cleaner is responsible for servicing and maintaining the swimming pools, fountains and spa at Four Seasons’ beachfront property in Tunisia. The role ensures that all water features are clean, safe and meet the brand’s high standards for guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain public swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps and related equipment.
• Apply appropriate chemicals, monitor and adjust pH and chlorine levels to maintain water quality.
• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical components such as pumps and filters.
• Record all activities, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and keep manual or automated logs.
• Operate tools and equipment, performing minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Follow safety and security policies to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in pool or related maintenance.
• Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Ability to read, speak and write French and English (highly recommended).
• Basic computer skills for record‑keeping.

• Pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine management).
• Operation and maintenance of pumps and filtration systems.
