Marketing Supervisor – Day Shift

About the role

Pens.com is seeking a motivated Marketing Supervisor to lead its day‑shift marketing operations in Tunis. The role focuses on overseeing the end‑to‑end mailing lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, coach, and train marketing operation teams to meet KPI targets.
• Supervise daily mail‑campaign processing, guaranteeing timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
• Escalate product, system, employee, or departmental issues to the Marketing Ops Manager.
• Manage performance metrics for direct reports, including productivity, accuracy, campaign quality, and attendance.
• Document performance trends and conduct improvement conversations.
• Create and administer performance reviews and improvement plans as needed.
• Communicate Pens.com vision, culture, and expectations to the team.
• Assist with hiring, training, and maximizing staff productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Team‑player comfortable building relationships across the organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
