Marketing Associate – Tunisia

About the role

JTI is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its Tunisia office. The role supports the Country Marketing Manager in executing brand and consumer activation initiatives, with a strong focus on digital marketing and trade programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand guidelines and ensure all consumer promotional activities comply with local legislation and JTI global standards.
• Plan, develop and execute consumer and trade activation programs across multiple channels, creating branded activities that drive awareness and equity.
• Coordinate local brand portfolio projects such as new product launches and limited‑edition promotions, supporting the Strategic Insights team.
• Allocate and monitor budgets for trade activities, visibility, activation and related materials, and follow up on supplier deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
