Junior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join MASS Analytics’ technology team. You will help build, deploy and monitor applications across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring they run securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
• Automate deployments on Azure or AWS and manage containerized environments using Docker.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents and define maintenance procedures.
• Develop tools that improve system reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Marketing and Sales teams to solve infrastructure and security challenges.
• Stay current with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• BSc/BA in Business IT, Business Systems Engineering, IT, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Deep knowledge of Docker and containerisation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Git, Confluence and Jira.
