About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems across the property. The role focuses on hands‑on technical support, system reliability, and delivering a seamless guest and employee experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems including data, voice, and hotel applications.
- Ensure continuous availability of critical hotel systems such as the Property Management System (PMS), Front Office systems, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX/telephony and Food & Beverage POS.
- Provide timely technical assistance to all departments to minimise downtime.
- Assist with system upgrades, installations and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance, document issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures and user guides while ensuring compliance with security standards and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with hotel departments and corporate IT teams to meet operational needs.
- Participate in 24/7 support coverage as required.
Required profile
- Hospitality background required, preferably hotel or resort experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk or system administration.
- Familiarity with hospitality‑specific systems such as PMS and POS.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
