HR Coordinator (French Speaking)

About the role

The European Technology Chamber is seeking a French‑speaking HR Coordinator to support recruitment and people‑related processes for its Tunis office and international stakeholders. The role blends on‑site HR administration with remote collaboration, offering a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage recruiting activities for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and screen applications.
• Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates and internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding and general HR administration.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Help implement HR processes, policies, and internal procedures.
• Facilitate employee communication and people‑management topics.
• Work on‑site in Tunis 2‑3 days per week to address operational HR needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage HR and administrative processes in a structured, professional manner.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent French; good English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Tunis or able to work on‑site regularly.
