HR Business Partner Team Lead

About the role

LEONI, a global leader in automotive wiring systems, is seeking a Team Lead for its HR Business Partner unit in Tunisia. You will drive HR service excellence, support transformation initiatives, and lead a dedicated team of HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the HR Business Partner unit, ensuring achievement of defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan regular team activities, and allocate resources to meet all requests.
• Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and monitoring results.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and apply new knowledge.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented, motivated, resilient, self‑organized, and capable of conflict management and teamwork.
