French Small Business Analyst – Remote, $13/hr

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Small Business Analyst to work remotely on a 10‑week contract. You will help shape AI‑driven tools for small‑business owners by creating realistic prompts, interacting with chatbots, and evaluating the quality of their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Create business‑focused prompts that align with defined user goals.
• Engage with up to five turns per conversation across multiple AI chatbots.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations of chatbot outputs.
• Submit conversation transcripts and detailed evaluation results.
• Review AI‑generated content related to operations, marketing, customer interactions, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Experience as a small‑business owner or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Professional background with solid analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow strict evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills in French.
