Engineering Manager – Industrial Engineering & Maintenance

About the role

Engineering Manager responsible for coordinating and organizing Industrial Engineering and Maintenance activities to achieve efficiency, reliability, quality and operational performance at ZOPPAS INDUSTRIES.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize and coordinate the Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and General Services teams to meet departmental objectives.
• Ensure proper operation of heating, ventilation, water supply, compressed‑air and other general installations.
• Plan, monitor and verify preventive maintenance for compressors, production equipment and general installations.
• Oversee internal and external machine repairs and validate their conformity and effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage departmental investment budgets and proposals for equipment, repairs and new machines.
• Define objectives, resources and action plans, and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Support production through OEE, 5S, SMED and TPM initiatives and ensure machine functionality after TPM implementation.
• Coordinate technical documentation for audits and represent the company during audits and customer technical delegations.
• Select, integrate, coach and develop team members in cooperation with HR.
• Manage external service providers, ensure spare‑part availability and handle purchases according to procedures.
• Participate in energy‑management reviews and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and waste‑management requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and 3 years in a similar engineering management position.
• Experience in quality management, manufacturing quality systems, audits, process control and continuous improvement.
