Digital Product Manager – End‑to‑End Product Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of digital products, from business requirements through design, development, launch and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear product direction and delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities and delivery plan aligned with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, service design, architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
• Manage product backlog, sprint priorities, releases and dependencies throughout delivery.
• Lead workshops and facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, designers and technology teams.
• Oversee QA, UAT and product acceptance to guarantee delivery meets agreed requirements.
• Support launch planning, hand‑over, adoption and post‑launch optimisation using data and customer feedback.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of taking digital products from concept to launch and optimisation.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to turn ambiguous business needs into structured product direction.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
