About the role

The Vistaprint Corporate Solutions CARE team is a dedicated group of specialists focused on delivering exceptional customer service across multiple segments and offerings such as ProShop, ProAdvantage, and Custom Quotes. The role aims to maximize customer satisfaction and spend while adapting to cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers by making things right for them.
• Share the benefits of doing business with Vistaprint Corporate and other Cimpress business units, and onboard the right customers.
• Recognize buying signals and capitalize on them.
• Proofread customer documents to ensure they are error‑free.
• Troubleshoot technical and promotional challenges within retail applications and in‑store interfaces.
• Navigate and leverage Vistaprint Corporate Solutions tools (CRM, remediation tools) to provide appropriate service.
• Educate customers on how to use products and services to grow their businesses.
• Help customers create consistent branding for their businesses.
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Identify and report trending issues experienced by customers and agents.
