Corporate Business Performance Manager

About the role

COFICAB Group is looking for a results‑driven Corporate Business Performance Manager to oversee regional operations, ensure financial and operational plans are executed effectively, and drive profitability across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and interpret financial and operational data from all regions to identify trends, performance gaps and cost drivers.
• Own budget processes, forecasting and P&L monitoring, recommending corrective actions to maximise results.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for new plant projects and investment decisions.
• Create and implement strategies to optimise resources, control expenses and align with corporate objectives.
• Define, track and review corporate performance KPIs, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Design and supervise improvement programmes focused on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and process standardisation.
• Collaborate with regional managers and cross‑functional teams to embed best practices and ensure compliance with quality, EHS and corporate governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate business performance management, financial controlling or equivalent.
• Strong background in multi‑site or multi‑regional operations management.
• Proven expertise in budget development, financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
