Committee Planner IT

About the role

VEO Worldwide is seeking an organized and proactive Committee Planner to support the IT Committee in either its Tunis or Sousse office. The role combines operational coordination, administrative assistance, and clear communication to ensure the committee runs efficiently in a fast‑moving B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise the IT Committee agenda, schedule meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, track actions and follow up on decisions.
• Communicate outcomes and reports to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Manage inboxes, maintain documentation and create presentations for committee sessions.
• Provide general administrative support to the committee as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Previous exposure to the IT field or related environments.
• Strong organisational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical thinking with the capacity to summarise and present information clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva (advantage).
