About the role
Kahloun Immobilière is looking for a Client Advisor in Chott Meriam, Sousse, to help customers buy a property. You will guide them from first contact to the final signature, staying at the heart of the commercial relationship.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and follow up with potential clients
- Organise property visits and advise clients on choosing the right property
- Negotiate, finalise sales and manage contractual documents
Required profile
- University degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of French
- First experience in a similar role is a plus
