ตำแหน่ง Clerk‑Front Desk เป็นหน้าที่สำคัญในการให้บริการต้อนรับและการจัดการการเช็ค‑อิน‑เช็ค‑เอาท์ของผู้เข้าพักในโรงแรม Sheraton ที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมือง Tunis ประเทศ Tunisia
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ดำเนินการเช็ค‑อินผู้เข้าพักโดยยืนยันการจอง, มอบห้องและออกกุญแจห้อง
- จัดการการชำระเงินทุกประเภท รวมถึงเงินสด, เช็ค, บัตรเดบิต/เครดิต
- ดำเนินการเช็ค‑เอาท์และแก้ไขค่าธรรมเนียมที่ค้างหรือขัดแย้ง
- ตอบรับและบันทึกคำร้องของผู้เข้าพักผ่านโทรศัพท์หรือข้อความ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายทำความสะอาดเพื่อเช็คสถานะห้องพร้อมรับผู้เข้าพัก
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับที่จอดรถ, เส้นทางและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวันเกี่ยวกับการมาถึงและการออกจากโรงแรม
- ทำรายงานการเงินและการปิดกะในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือเทียบเท่า
- ไม่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานหรือการบริหารจัดการที่จำเป็น
- ไม่มีใบอนุญาตหรือการรับรองพิเศษที่ต้องการ
ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- ความสามารถในการใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูล
- ทักษะการจัดการเงินสด, เช็คและการทำรายการทางการเงิน
