Childcare Host – Seasonal Role at Resort Hotel

About the role

Join the team at The Mora Sahara Tozeur Hotel as a Childcare Host, delivering a safe and engaging programme for children aged 0‑3 during the busy summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Create and run age‑appropriate activities that support developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with hotel staff on events such as team days, parades and evening kids’ discos.
• Maintain high childcare standards, including health and safety compliance.
• Interact with parents and guardians, answer queries and adapt services to guest needs.

Required profile

• Passion for working with young children and relevant experience.
• Recognised childcare qualification focused on 0‑3 year olds (preferred).
• Friendly, vibrant personality and ability to work in an international team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and adapt under pressure.
• Legal right to work in Tunisia and conversational English (additional European language a plus).

Required skills

• Seasonal or permanent contract with a gross salary of TND 1,200 – 1,400 per month.
