Business Developer – On‑site (Algiers)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join our team on‑site in Algiers. In this full‑time position you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline and nurturing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify prospective customers across target markets.
- Conduct outreach through calls, meetings and networking events.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and track competitor activity.
- Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention, cross‑selling and long‑term partnership development.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and internal collaboration.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in Algiers and meet clear revenue or activity targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
- Experience using presentation software.
- Familiarity with standard email platforms.
