Bilingual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Part‑time Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent who can work night‑shift hours from a home office. You will assist users of various tech products in English and French, handling inquiries through chat, email and phone while delivering fast, accurate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email and phone, answering questions and processing requests.
• Handle inbound inquiries during evening/night shifts, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues related to chargers and other devices.
• Assist customers with refund requests and guide them through the required steps.
• Document each interaction accurately and follow established support processes.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support, including chat, email and phone handling.
• Availability for 6‑hour night‑shift schedules on a part‑time basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
