Autonomous OSS/BSS Network Engineer – TM Forum Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Autonomous OSS/BSS Network Engineer with deep expertise in TM Forum frameworks to drive the next generation of self‑optimising, AI‑powered telecom networks. The role blends traditional telecom operations with cutting‑edge automation and autonomous network concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise OSS/BSS solutions aligned with TM Forum eTOM, SID and Open Digital Architecture.
• Develop and integrate closed‑loop automation, self‑optimising (SON) and self‑healing network functions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, micro‑services and event‑driven architectures for seamless system integration.
• Automate network workflows using Python, Ansible and Terraform across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with telecom operators and vendors to ensure end‑to‑end service delivery for 5G/LTE, NFV and SDN environments.

Required profile

• Strong telecom background with hands‑on experience in OSS/BSS.
• Proven knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, ODA) and related APIs.
• Experience with autonomous network concepts, self‑optimising and closed‑loop automation.
• Solid programming and scripting skills, particularly Python and Ansible.
