Accounting, Analysis & Consolidation Specialist

About the role

Gruner Tunisia is seeking an Accounting, Analysis & Consolidation specialist to support financial performance across the group. The role combines consolidation, planning, analysis and reporting while acting as a strategic partner to operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate group consolidation activities, ensuring consistent entries, intercompany eliminations and timely submission to group headquarters.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing, guaranteeing data accuracy and timely submission across legal entities.
• Monitor actual performance versus budget and provide variance analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly/annual forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans.
• Act as a business partner to operations and the local leadership team.
• Support functions planning, reporting management and handle any finance‑related tasks.
• Help improve finance processes and tools.
• Challenge production teams on KPIs and provide insights for pricing, investment and make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial controlling or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders and act as a business partner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage; SAP is a plus.
