Webinar Specialist – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

WeLearn is seeking a proactive Webinar Specialist who is fluent in French and English to design, schedule, and execute engaging online events. This fully remote position supports creators and influencers by delivering high‑quality webinars that align with the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement guidelines for conducting webinars.
• Select and set up the most appropriate web‑conferencing technology.
• Create, maintain, and execute a monthly webinar schedule.
• Organize content, coordinate presenters, and follow up after each session.
• Collaborate closely with the account‑manager team to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with creators to define and manage a monthly webinar plan.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (additional languages a plus).
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours for urgent business needs.
• Positive, proactive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.
