About the role
Autoliv develops seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its warehouse operations. The role aims to improve performance standards while ensuring quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, storage, picking and shipping
- Monitor inventory, lead cycle counts and ensure FIFO
- Manage the workforce and ensure EHS compliance
- Analyze KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTD, productivity, cycle count accuracy and safety incident rate
- Coordinate material flow and support continuous improvement
- Take part in cross-functional projects, support annual inventories and perform additional assignments
Required profile
- 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, including 2 years in supervision
- Automotive experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics is a plus
Required skills
- Lean Manufacturing certification
- Forklift safety awareness certification
