Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

COFICAB MED, part of COFICAB, a global leader in automotive cables and wires and a top Tier 2 supplier to major automotive players, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. The role supervises daily warehouse operations so that raw materials, components and finished goods are handled efficiently, accurately and safely, with inventory accuracy, timely material flow and full alignment with production and delivery needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities
• Coordinate with the Production, Logistics and Planning teams
• Monitor stock levels and movements
• Ensure optimal warehouse layout and space utilisation
• Prepare warehouse performance reports and KPIs
• Comply with Quality and EHS system requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Management (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
