Télévente – Customer Service & Sales Representative

About the role

Dentique is seeking a motivated Télévente professional to join its customer‑facing team in Sousse. You will interact daily with clients, promote dental care services and provide detailed information to help them choose the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries and manage customer support requests related to dental services.
• Promote and sell Dentique’s dental care offerings, following defined sales strategies.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques.
• Document interactions and update the CRM system with accurate client information.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
• Effective communication skills, able to clearly articulate information and address concerns.
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in French or Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
