About the role

The Plastic Electromechanic Company PEC is looking for a Technician/Setter for its PEC injection line in Zaghouan, Tunisia. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable production reporting, managing series changes, and maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and completion of production reports.
• Take responsibility for production results and respect manufacturing standards and processes.
• Prepare, execute, and master series changes on the injection line.
• Verify the availability of the manufacturing dossier and monitor production orders.
• Track raw material supplies and ensure disciplined operation on the line.
• Act as guarantor of 5S implementation and first‑level maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma as a technician setter from a plastics training centre or equivalent experience in plastic injection.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician setter, preferably in plastic injection.
• Good knowledge of quality control tools and methods.
• Rigorous, organized, analytical mindset with the ability to work in a team.
