About the role
We are strengthening our technical team and are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a BTS level education. The position is based in Megrine, Ben Arous, Tunisia, and involves working in rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
- Diagnose faults and intervene promptly to minimize downtime.
- Carry out control, adjustment and troubleshooting operations.
- Contribute to improving equipment availability.
- Complete maintenance reports and related documentation.
- Follow safety, quality and maintenance procedures.
Required profile
- BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics or a related field.
- Entry‑level candidates accepted; 1‑2 years of industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigor and responsiveness.
- Team‑oriented with respect for safety instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.
