About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the production system operates at optimal performance by maintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and inspect machines, installations, and equipment.
- Organise and schedule maintenance interventions.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to maintenance.
- Prepare and submit detailed intervention reports.
Required profile
- BTS in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, reactive and adaptable.
- Initiative‑taking and proactive attitude.
