Technical Support Specialist (Italian Speaker)

About the role

A Tunisian client operating in the renewable energy market is looking for a full-time technical support specialist fluent in Italian. The client aims to provide the best technical support for renewable energy systems such as PV inverters and home batteries. The position is advertised through CRIT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical service to customers by phone and email
• Analyze and identify error patterns
• Offer technically competent support for the commissioning and ongoing operation of PV components (PV inverters, home storage systems)
• Track and document work in a ticket system
• Order spare parts when necessary

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or in the electrotechnical field is valued
• Very good knowledge of Italian; the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics
• Good knowledge of English or another language is an advantage
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness

Required skills

• General understanding of electrotechnical topics (voltage, current)
• Use of a ticket system for tracking and documentation
