Team Leader Quality Project

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for Quality Project to manage and supervise the Quality Project unit in Tunisia. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, LEONI standards, and relevant regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Project org unit, set objectives and KPIs, and lead direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance documentation such as Control Plans, Validation Plans, Quality Agreements, FMEA, and PSW.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet customer specifications, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and oversee standard and governance adherence.
• Plan team activities, define objectives, monitor performance, and support training and development.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, change‑management and teamwork skills.
