About the role
The Team Leader Maintenance will manage and supervise the maintenance unit at the plant, ensuring compliance with standards and KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance team, define objectives, monitor performance and support professional development.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production and facility equipment, utilities and safety systems.
- Oversee equipment installation, movement, re‑qualification and ensure proper maintenance of firefighting, security camera and LTPM systems.
- Analyze process performance, implement improvements and ensure governance adherence.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including equipment repair and process improvement.
