Team Leader - Facility Management

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Team Leader for Facility Management in Mateur. The role manages and supervises the Facility Management organisation unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, and holds functional accountability for facility management at site level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Facility Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Identify improvement opportunities, offer consulting and contribute to better service delivery
• Ensure adherence to standards and governance and proper execution of processes
• Lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
• Define objectives, tasks and responsibilities, give clear instructions and monitor and evaluate results
• Identify training and development needs, follow professional development and support the use of new knowledge
• Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance or Industrial Services
• English at A2 level
