About the role
AIO Events is looking for motivated students to join its Sales & Business Development team for the summer of 2026. You will work directly with the founding team to help expand the company’s Lifestyle OS across the MENA region, focusing on B2B partnerships with event organizers, hotels, and leisure partners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential B2B partners in the events and hospitality sectors.
- Conduct outreach, pitch the platform, and negotiate partnership terms.
- Close deals that drive bookings and increase platform adoption.
- Maintain a pipeline and track progress using the company’s sales tools.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Required profile
- Current student with a strong interest in growth, technology trends, and the “going out” economy.
- Excellent communicator who sees objections as negotiation opportunities.
- Aspiring entrepreneur eager to experience the inner workings of a labelled startup.
