Strategy Consultant

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its multidisciplinary consulting team in Tunis. You will work on evaluating current-state structures, developing strategic frameworks, and managing transformation initiatives for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct end‑to‑end analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and support implementation of operating models, organizational structures, and performance‑management systems.
• Generate insights and intellectual assets for the unit while contributing to business‑development proposals and winning new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Innovation, Technology or Management; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Tier‑1 strategy or global consulting firms, or senior roles in private‑sector or government organizations.
• International exposure and experience in both developed and emerging markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of strategy development, implementation, performance management, operating‑model design and change management.
• Practical experience with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework and methodology.
