Sr. Project Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly driven Sr. Project Management Specialist to act as the operational bridge between our ANZ Category Team and Tunis functional teams, turning strategy into action across global remote squads.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑regional alignment by coordinating stand‑ups and bridging time‑zone gaps between ANZ and Tunis.
• Identify, track, and resolve complex project dependencies and operational blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
• Implement rigorous process standards and optimise workflow pipelines to prevent queue accumulation.
• Maintain pristine Jira board hygiene and generate data‑driven insights using Looker or Jira reports.
• Evaluate existing squad processes, identify inefficiencies and execute continuous improvements.
• Protect team focus by filtering incoming requests and managing capacity and queue constraints.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior PM or Delivery Specialist managing cross‑functional projects across distributed international teams.
• Hands‑on experience setting up and enforcing delivery frameworks, quality gates and workflow optimisations.
• Expert‑level mastery of Jira and experience with reporting/analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Demonstrated history of active blocker resolution, risk mitigation and constructive push‑back when standards are not met.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote, multi‑time‑zone collaboration.
