Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International seeks a qualified Non-Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication, visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge resources related to the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies and policy briefs.
• Enhance visibility of programme activities through targeted communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms for stakeholder access.
• Disseminate technical and policy content to diverse audiences.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Experience in the space sector or science, technology and innovation (STI) is a plus.
