Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel & Spa

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at our luxury beachfront spa in Tunisia. You will create a warm, personalized experience from arrival to departure, ensuring every guest feels valued and well‑cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with guests to deliver a warm, personalized spa experience from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate wellness journeys by aligning guest assessments and treatment recommendations with therapists.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure timely communication of guest information and operational updates.
• Manage and optimise spa reservations, therapist schedules, and treatment availability to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Drive seamless reception operations through accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes.
• Champion operational excellence by supporting compliance, safety standards, and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Holder of a university degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in luxury or five‑star hotel environments.
• Previous reception experience, preferably at a spa.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of operating standards.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
