SMEs Relationship Manager

About the role

The Retail & Digital Banking Department of Bank ABC is seeking an experienced SMEs Relationship Manager for its Sfax branch. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be the primary point of contact for SME, corporate and professional clients, responsible for growing and servicing a diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing SME, corporate and professional clients, maintaining regular personalized contact and promptly addressing queries.
• Develop new business by prospecting, positioning the bank on key deals and identifying niche opportunities to increase annuity revenue.
• Perform credit assessments, propose financing structures and coordinate with product specialists and the credit department.
• Ensure compliance with loan approval procedures and monitor portfolio performance, including overdue accounts and non‑performing loans.
• Collaborate with all bank departments to deliver comprehensive service and achieve individual business targets.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance client relationships and increase share of wallet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing SME or corporate client relationships within a banking environment.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and structure financing solutions.
• Strong communication and client‑service orientation.
