About the role
We are seeking a motivated Showroom Salesman to join Albaghli United Sponge, a leading Kuwaiti manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and bedding solutions. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience, guiding customers to the right products, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout their showroom visit, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets using effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, furniture, bedding or related sectors.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Proven ability to cross‑sell and upsell.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Teamwork and problem‑solving capabilities.
