About the role
The Shift Leader Production will manage and supervise the production shift unit, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the shift organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with standards, governance, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead direct reports, define their objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
- Plan team activities to cover all production stages and respond to requests.
- Identify training needs, support professional development, and promote coaching and change management.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, financial targets, quality requirements, and OPEX standards.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with leadership background.
- Fluency in French and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
