Shift Leader Production

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to oversee the production shift unit in its Tunisian facility. The role ensures that daily operations meet defined objectives, KPIs, and quality standards while fostering continuous improvement and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift team, ensuring adherence to objectives, KPIs, and governance standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and drive service delivery enhancements.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all production stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Define individual objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members.
• Monitor performance, provide clear instructions, and evaluate results.
• Assess training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a leadership role within production or manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong conflict management, feedback, moderation, negotiation, presentation, problem‑solving, and project management abilities.
