About the role
The Shift Leader – Operations Quality (Product) will manage the Operations Quality unit on a 02‑shift basis, ensuring compliance with standards, governance, and process execution while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the Operations Quality team, set objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Identify improvement opportunities, offer consulting, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Authority to stop production lines for non‑conformities and release them after corrective actions.
- Oversee sorting activities to protect customers and manage quality costs.
- Coordinate transversal resolution of quality issues from production or customers, ensuring solutions are applied across facilities.
Required profile
- University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, change management, result orientation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and handle conflicts.
