Shift Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations. The role involves supervising team leaders and a large workforce to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3–4 Team Leaders and 100–150 production employees.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with production processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other support functions.
• Develop, coach, and motivate the production team while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of production processes, KPIs, SAP, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in the defence industry is an advantage.
