Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will drive HR strategy, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Tunisian labor regulations, and support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring efficient HR operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor legislation and company policies.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management, training, and succession planning programs.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide strategic insights to management.
• Advise managers on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Promote employee engagement and strengthen internal communication.
• Manage HR records and support audits and external HR-related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including HR management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English.
