About the role
The HR Manager will lead HR activities at Prysmian’s Menzel manufacturing site, driving organizational effectiveness, supporting business needs, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage labor relations, workforce planning and payroll in a fast‑paced, matrix manufacturing setting.
- Develop and implement change‑management initiatives, support business units and maintain strong relationships with unions and employee representatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Proven HR experience in an industrial or multinational environment with strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law.
- Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency required.
Required skills
- Expertise in Tunisian labor law and employee relations.
- Experience managing union and employee representative relationships.
