Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Flex is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to own critical financial processes, analyse business performance and support rapid international scaling. You will work closely with founders and senior leadership across accounting, reporting, budgeting and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring accuracy and validation.
• Identify and automate manual finance processes in partnership with engineering.
• Reconcile payments from multiple booking platforms and ensure timely receipt.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, supplier invoices and corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Build dashboards, budgets, forecasts and financial models to give real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse costs, margins and cash flow, identifying risks and revenue leakage.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present insights to senior management.
