Senior Campaign Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to support DG MENA’s communication outreach on EU policies across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role is part of a 36‑month pool of Non‑Key Experts that will be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and detailed communication plans.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, press and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences and recommend effective outreach and engagement strategies.
• Support the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities align with DG MENA’s communication objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or advertising.
• Fluent English.
• At least 5 years of general experience in communication/marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience designing and implementing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience with EU‑funded or public‑sector campaigns is an asset.
