Senior Business Development – Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Business Development – Partnerships professional to expand our network of strategic alliances. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that generate revenue and strengthen our market position across multiple industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential partners, establishing initial contact and building relationships.
• Design and execute a partnership strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and joint marketing plans.
• Collaborate with partners on co‑marketing campaigns and product presentations.
• Track partnership performance, report key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development or a similar sales role.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and equipment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in image‑editing platforms such as Canva and Illustrator.

• Contract position with a base salary of $1,100 USD plus commission.
