Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of TikTok and Gen Z‑focused marketing campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lac 1 and works closely with creative, content and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of key accounts, including briefing, coordination and timeline oversight.
• Develop strategic proposals, manage budgets and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and resolve client issues proactively.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project scope.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client service experience, especially in digital/social media marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and interpret campaign data.
• Solid project management skills, including task prioritisation, timeline and budget control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
