Segment Leader – Automotive Wiring Solutions

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to manage and supervise a segment unit within its automotive wiring business in Tunisia. You will drive performance, ensure governance compliance, and support the professional development of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the segment organization unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, monitor results, and ensure standard and governance adherence.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all stages of work and respond to requests.

Required profile

• University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry with proven leadership experience.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication and change‑management skills.

• Lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen).
• Process optimization and continuous performance improvement.
• KPI tracking and analysis.
• Strategic and operational planning.
