Sales Representative – French/Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This remote role involves handling calls, providing details about electric bikes, and managing appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service.
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries.
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients.

Required profile

• Native/Fluent French/Arabic speaker.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1‑C2 level).
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am‑6 pm or 2 pm‑11 pm New York Time).
• High‑speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.
